A Registered Nurse and Mental Health Promotion Specialist by background with over 30 years Public Mental Health experience educating the health, social care and voluntary/community workforce at clinical and non-clinical levels. Creator of the innovative, co-produced and award-winning trauma informed ‘Resilience Passport’ psycho-education programme for primary schools, offering a whole school approach to fostering resilience. Sue believes that refocusing upstream, achieving a parity of esteem between prevention pathways and mental health treatment/recovery is vital to the well-being of keyworkers and the populations they serve. A trauma survivor herself, Sue is 100% committed to engaging in kindness and compassion with herself and others for better mental health.
